Prompt, knowledgeable and courteous - identified and fixed the problem in very quick time. Would certainly use again.
Excellent communication to notify of slight delay and updated arrival time. The two young men were so lovely and helpful and sorted the issue out without any issues, they even put the tumble dryer on top the washing machine for my husband who is in recovery from a knee replacement. It is really lovely to see such excellent service and it is so good to see a company that has such a good system in place to communicate and service their customers. Very satisfied and will definitely use the company again.
Called to arrange someone to come out to plumb in a fridge at about 9am and amazingly they could send someone out that day which was great. I thought it would be a simple job as I could see some old piping, but the old pipes had been installed oddly as a bit of a home job by the previous owner, and so needed some investigation and fixing. The two guys were friendly and knowledgeable and did a very neat job. Very happy with the service and work.

Our experience with the Tap Doctor plumbers was fantastic - professional and considerate. Firstly, Carl, who I phoned on Sunday, saved me the call out fee by asking me questions and giving advice over the phone, then making an appointment for an assessment on the Tuesday - I felt relieved and reassured by this initial contact. Then when Josh came on Tuesday I was also reassured by his explanation of the likely problem (burst pipe under the slab) and by his explanation of the initial cost and later, when he showed me the evidence of the leak, the quote for repairs. During the time that Josh and the apprentice were here, every consideration was given to our needs and privacy, by telling us when the water needed to be turned off and my knocking when they needed to access taps inside. I couldn't recommend these plumbers more highly and will definitely use them in future and recommend them to my family and friends.
Good service but too expensive cost me 670$ . Just put new 2 things in shower and tap.
The Tap Doctor was great. I heard a running tap but couldn't find it. When I rang they were able to get me in that very morning. The plumbers found the leak and fixed it straight away. Very happy with their service.

I called Tap Doctor as I had a blocked drain in the bathroom and two sets of leaking taps, the lady who took my call was courteous and gave me a booking straightaway. Dr John who came out was friendly and fixed the problem with the blocked drain without any fuss and cleaned up after himself. Very impressed with the service all around. Would not hesitate to recommend Tap Doctor for fast efficient service.

Luke from the Tap Doctor was very impressive - he knew what he was doing and explained the possibilities and when the leak was discovered in the wall offered different options available to fix the problem. The problem still exists but Luke put in measures to stop the leak until options offered are to be considered. All in all a very professional approach to date - hopefully the next phase to fix the problem permanently is as good.

Very pleased with the Tap doctor. They came out the same day as I called and fixed the leak in my roof and it's been successful as we've had heavy rain since and the area has stayed dry. Price was reasonable I thought compared with some other companies I've used in the past and the leak wasn't fixed. (A different leak)
Excellent company to keep you informed of what time there plumber will arrive, Jamie was running a little late for our job obviously because his previous job took a little longer than anticipated, however again the company informed us via text which I thought was excellent service, Jamie did an excellent job.

My mom and i hired the Tap Doctor to come out and try to retrieve our tweezers that slipped down the kitchen sink a few days ago.We had little hopes of retrieving them and was concerned about costs... Looking online the prices for such a service were vague or outright intimidating.Dr. Sam came to our property on time and was super polite and kind to both my mom and myself.He retrieved the tweezers in quick time and only charged $200 for the service.If you drop something down a sink/drain and need it retrieved - i would highly recommend the Tap Dr. and Dr. Sam in particular.I'm not sure if Dr. Sam will ever see this, but from the bottom of my heart and my mom's heart - thank you so very much !We'll hire again if we need any more plumbing needs !Thank you again and best wishes to you and everyone at The Tap Doctor.Kindest Regards, Bethany 🦢

I called in the late afternoon as water was pouring out of the elbow pipe near the meter. The service operator took my information & advised a plumber would ring me. Later I received a phone call from Luke that evening who advised us what to do in the interim & booked us in first thing next morning.Received a phone message early to advise Carl on his way. and by 7.30am the guys were onsite. Quotes given upfront and the problem was rectified in under 20 minutes. Carl checked the water heater and added a few more safety valves (He was pleasantly surprised to find that the anode was changed every 2 years, and our heater was nearly 28 years old!) but did show me photos of calcium build up on the rod. All in all, the guys did a great job, they were friendly, informative and Carl was respectful when entering the house (taking his shoes off). He took the time to explain what he'd done outside to both myself and my husband, which impressed us both. We highly recommend the services of The Tap Doctor who have always delivered high quality services. Thank you Carl C & "Mr Red socks" (sorry didn't get your name) but liked your banter 🙂
